Dhanei KGFS Newsletter – Dec 2009

This is an excellent newsletter. I really liked the learnings portion. If we build a culture of honestly assessing where we have gone wrong and what we can do about it, in my view, we will encourage our colleagues to be open about what is going wrong and fix errors early. My congratulations to the Dhanei team on the wonderful work done thus far and for reporting it so comprehensively.

Really enjoyed catching up with the Dhanei-ites, great newsletter and look forward to seeing you all soon. Keep up the good work. I am particularly delighted by the branch timing change in response to customer need.

One clarification on the mission statement; i think it should say "remote rural Ganjam and Khurda" not "remote rural parts of …"
